Probably.
I mean, how one sided can you be on this matter?
Just nuking a country isn't a solution, you have to think out the consequences about it too.

yea you would have to look at the pros and cons and the cons would probably overpower the pros and the military wouldnt do it
Plus that would pollute America's image, making it appear that we are bloodthirsty tyrants that nuke people for no reason.
What else?
Someone would probaḅy nuke us then.
exactly and with everyone nuking we will be the cause of a radioactive war and then the world would end and blow up the end
Not to mention if you nuked a whole country, you would probably irreperably damage either the atmosphere/water supplies/other stuff
I think that at least not as many people are dying any more, I mean dont get me wrong I know No people should die at all but like in the first world war Millions of people died. I just hope there is never another world war. :glare:

Fact: Religion killed more people than Hitler and Stalin; altogether? Maybe... I don't know.
Remember this for your general culture.
:off_topic: I bet the bubonic plague killed even more
Yes, probably over 25 million people.
But at the same time, think if some power harnessed the power of the plague.
o.e
that would....suck
