Official Complaint

Hello,
I have been a member of this site for over a year, you have helped me with problems and given me advice.
But one thing I WILL NOT stand for is Cyber Bullying.
The user from the other forum 'phreneticus' has strongly insulted some of us here at ATF and I have now been called a ****tard, told to go die in a hole because I own my own laptop.
I have also said about the UK and US cyberbullying policy and was told to stick it up my ass.
Something needs to be done.
My own Karma now has the mark of cyberbullying, this is going over his own views to something extreme, im sure most other users will feel the same.
I am not starting anything I just feel he needs to be stopped.
We are a COMMUNITY here, I am not very pleased.
I never thought I would EVER complain about this great community but I find myself doing so now.
