When I had rough spots that is what I did. Just talk about your day or what you did last weekend. It can be just a normal conversation. Talk to someone. It can be anyone. Your mom, sister, friend dad, gf, or someone on here that you can PM. Just through normal conversation, things will unearth that you haven't thought of before. Answers to questions, fun memories, or even an idea that you can use later on in life. If anyone knows what it is like to feel depressed, it's me. PM me sometime. After all, I do have a minor in psychology.
