M16 Assault Rifles.
Some with various ones.

and how many guns are there on the ground?

Lol, have you ever played Megaman X series?
His powers recharge with power-ups, so tell me when find a power up :D.
Then i use Thunder Dancer (MMX8) and the lightings dance between the enemies that appear...

so.... what happens after..?

You take down the erm, enemies.
You head into a room, with a long corridor. And down there is an elevated object, what do you do?

I use Strike Chain (MMX2) and grab the object...

EDIT: I think this game needs more GM's, because SPAD3R and ShadowHaunter... well, not offending but, they pratically aren't in the forum...

You grab the object but an alarm goes off.
The walls come up and turrets are on all sides.
They open fire.
