Starting a thread about post count celebrations is only allowed when a member has reached the following numbers:

500, 1000, 2000, 5000, 10000, 15000, 20000

We have a few post count celebration rules ya know...

I'll change that. It's just stupid having for 2000 and 5000 but not others.

but wasnt that rule over-turned a while ago?
