I was just watching THSInvestigates and they were talking about a guy that was addcted to everquest and one day on thanksgiving his mom went to his a partment and found him in front of the computer with everquest running dead facedwon on the key board.and the reason you may ask...He got rejected by an online girlfriend.
Sad but almost funny in a sick grim humor sorta way

There was an online gaming chammp and he says he plays for 4 hpurs in the mornig runs for 4 hours works out 1hour and tres to play a bit more games before going to bed at midnight
thats a good example of reasonable balance i think(well i am a slight game addict(at only 11 :( )
