It means that it can only be played on a small amount of websites.
Websites need permission to host it on their website, otherwise the game won't work.

if we can get 10 more links we can have dagve or nartin leagally break it tho

That's right,we need 10 links with 10 different swf files.
And selocon,look at the keyboard when you're typing if you can't read that well.
