my adobe flash plug-in keeps crashing, how can i fix it, i have the latest version of ff

i recommend re-installing it. Thats how i fix most of my problems with apps. But thats all i can think of

thats the thing, idk what the adobe flash plug in is, when i unstalled or where to get the file to install it

it was the yahoo tool bar and unplug that was making it run slow, so, if you have those, uninstall
