I HATE sports, every single one of them, i hate it, i feel like the millions of dollars they pay the players could be going to a better more important thing, and i feel sports are pointless "omg he ran with a ball" wow big deal, i can run with a ball wheres my money, "omg, he hit a rubber puck in a net" wtf why do ppl like that, it has no point, ppl getting paid millions of dollars for doing something any average person in the world could do. And it is not just 1 sport, i have EVERY sport out there. so, ya this is my view on the things most ppl call entertainment

Although Golf is pretty fun... Does that count as a sport? Hitting a ball then driving after it?

Sports are not just a BIG way for a lot of charities they're also a GIANT motivation for the youth to do it!

Every kid needs an idol,someone to motivate them. If you hate them they're you're dumb I guess. It's just so stupid. Wow.

well then tell them to play for free so we can use that money to try and cure cancer, aids, fix the economy, give it to the ppl whose unemployment ran out and are on the verge of losing their house, just do not give it to a person for running with a ball

Both sides of this argument seem to be extremes:
Exercise is one thing, but a million dollars for exercise is another.
Also, an idiot who runs around with a ball for ridiculous amounts of money
and someone who is so good at a sport that they are hired to play it for the entertainment of people everywhere (Also, who is payed tons of money because ton's of people pay to see him/her play)

There's two sides, but really there the same thing. You just gotta decide what side you're on.
Personally, I hate sports. Especially team sports. I'm fine with exercising, but running on a treadmill gets the job done. So yeah, that's the side I'm on. If you asked me, I would say that paying money to go watch people play games is stupid, but that' my side, there is another side, that can be argued just as well.

Players pay checks are overrated.
