Serious Anger Issues.

Yes, i have terrible anger issues. Whenever i get beaten up I cram all the feelings inside my head and eventually... it bursts out in horrible rage. This has caused pain. I am not happy with what I did. But I hate this. In primary for 2 years I had Anger Management. What also probably kept me doing this was someone i know through chairs at teachers, eventually he got expelled. When he left he told me one thing just before he left. "Keep my anger legacy going.". And I did. I didn't realise I was doing it until my Anger Management started, now I just cry and cry to keep the anger out ( DONT TAKE THE MICK OUT OF ME OR I SWEAR TO GOD.... you get the picture. This isn't anger, it's my life, and I dont want someone taking the mick out of it. ). I hate this. And this is my Anger Issue story.

I have anger issues also. So I know how it feels.

yeah, on Xat. I dont actually properly know him. But yeah. HE has but I never mention my anger issues really, and they're getting worse today.

Go do some more Anger Management courses.

last time that happened, 5 months ago, I whacked my tutor round the head with a damn chair. And was pummelling her... just cause... well I dont like to speak about THAT.

Day-um. You srsly got issues my little short fuesed friend. (no offense) I get pissed some times but I can control myself.

Dude, I have the same problem aswell .when u feel angry, think of what will happen if u do go on a rampage and if you will get in trouble for it, don't do it
