Have you tried more than once?
Also, make sure that you're not already signed in. On the homepage (for me), it says I'm not logged in, when I really am

I clicked on a game and it says I'm logged in.

Is APH your homepage?

If it is, then don't worry about it.

It has to refresh before any preferences will come up (example, you already being logged in)

I cleared it,the same thing keep popping up:
