I shoot him with my Assault Rifle.

He uses the dash ability to dodge your shots and then use green seeker (parody with green spinner), a seeking missle, towards you.

Does this guy control a limited amount of meteors?

@Nightmare: He puts the grenade in his mug, then a fire shower gets out of the mug.
@Retro: You didn't kill any guard, you didn't even say you got into the base.

@Shadow: He controls all meteors, comets and asteroids that exists, so, he can control pretty very much meteors.

It's only primary and secondary, then choose if you want the fiery sword or the plasma blades for secondary, or if you want other gun.
