I would always play his games almost every day when they came out. I have heard of his death but never believed it. Now seeing this post I can't believe that this has happened.

Very late on this response. Dave once helped me out with a few questions I had. He was the first administrator I ever met and I am proud to say he is my favorite and most respected part of this community. I am saddened by his death and I hope that his legacy inspires many future hackers and gamers in the following years. I absolutely adored Martin Ristov and DPetty's hacks and despite what happened to both of them, I still very much respect their work and am very thankful that some of my favorite games which aren't necessarily still on this site are from these two respectable hackers. Thankfully there are many talented individuals who have taken the place of these famed hackers and with these excellent and dedicated people such as SelectLol and Leverage we have a thriving community. I may not be very active in the politics of this website but I have been a member for even longer than my account can speak for itself and I have never EVER regretted coming back to this site ever.
May this site, the best pre-hacked flash-game website on the internet and my favorite place to find games whether they are new or old, pay respect to DPetty and to the hard work of all the members of this community. I am honored to have had the brief contact with Dave that I have had and am grateful to his hard-earned achievements. Take care of yourself community.

I am truly saddened by his sorrowful death. He was one of the greatest hackers of all time and one of the best hackers on this site. It's just precarious how Cancer can destroy our lives and yet found no cure. We shall always miss you, The God of Hackers.

Hmm. I don't know what to say. I remember that i loved to play "The bank robber" (which is a full version hack. Nuff said.) And also a lot of my favorite old games were hacked by him. Me and all the community will surely miss you, bud. Rest In Peace.

Dave petty was once the best hacker in this site (maybe in the whole world) but he's unsuspecting death left the whole hack community sad.But then the're were new members who made more games than Dpetty (SelectLol,Leverage and etc.) all i want to say is that everyone forgot about Dpetty how a great hacker he was and some of the new members don't respect what he did.All i want to say is that he will never be forgoten as a great hacker.
