i'm level 14. i don't play it for a long time, but i do think that i am the SLOWEST of all my friends to level up in Skyrim. i think it's mostly because i like to explore,not to do quest, along with some mining, hunting, and ****. it's because i have my own rules for when i'm going to play free-roam games like Skyrim: explore all the map first, do quests later. better this way. although there sometimes that i complete quests when exploring, like there is a quest with the companions which says you need to kill vampires in a cave, so i got to cave, and while exploring, killed them. but i still am the slowest guy to level up in Skyrim. ever.
