Spare or revive

Ok.. Rules Are simple.. You Choose A Country ... if you choose [color=#FF8000]Spare[/color] They Lose Half Their HP... If you choose [color=#0080FF]Revive[/color] you can heal 30 hp ... but not to a full hp country , you can only revive to Hurt countries or Dead countries. Oh and mods / global mod's and Admins have been put into a country. And you cannot Revive / Spare Your own Country... Let Someone ELSE Do That. And You Can Only Choose One... Not Both..
