Richland Attempt to Dissolve Independence

This past Saturday, an email was sent to the Ultamiya Help Center
with classified information on Richland's military and economy. However,
Richard Vincent, their President, added another paragraph to the
message, asking Ultamiya if they may become linked with Richland.
"According to Vincent, Ultamiya could either be intertwined with Richland,
becoming one of their states, technically making us a puppet state with
all of our people becoming citizens of Richland," says His Lordship, "Or
we could be completely dissolved into Richland and leave our Ultamian
flag and spirit completely behind."
Salapa dismissed the offers completely and strictly warned Vincent of
Ultamiya's pride and how it would not be crushed. As of today, Richland
and Ultamiya remain in diplomatic relations but the President advises
all Ultamians to keep watch of the Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based
micronation and also warns that it may be ready to strike Ultamiya directly.
