I checked everyone's karma from above,they're all enabled. Try giving some on a different post

umm i cant add karma i PM'd selectLOL about 4 times. I cant find the karma buttons next to Soewut's info...

His karma isn't disabled.... I just gave him karma. I think you just need to try again
