Usually you can increse the person's karma, that means like Respect.

For example, now when you're reading my post, check the right side of my post, there's my username, number of posts, etc.
Then there's the thing that says Karma, and then a number. Under the text Karma, there should be a thumbs up-, and a thumbs down-icon. Click on the icon that has thumbs up, and then follow the flow :lol:
