Animated User Bar (no gimp/photoshop)

this is an automated user bar generator that runs in your browser

when the link opens you will be at a page about the user bar designer. skim through quickly and find the sentence that has the link to the designer (look for:and then click here to start the designer.http://i49.tinypic.com/1zn0mx1.png
['here" will be linked]) click this. Now you should see the designer. The second box down on this designer says "scroller layer" click "add/edit"

in this box and then there will be a section to paste the url of the picture you want. paste it, click "import/refresh", and then follow the bullited instructions. this is the confusing part, you've got to drag the little frame area around and resize the image (with the blue dot in the corner of the image) just fiddle with it until the image fits into the frames right. now click the "refresh/import" button.

now you can do all kinds of stuff. there is a box dedicated to text, and other boxes for all kinds of stuff you'll probably want to add. when your done, click "generate preview" if it looks great then click "done, upload to image host".(NOTE: before you click "upload" be SURE that pop up blocker is disabled) this will open a new window that will give you the url, the BB code, and the HTML code. now you can put it into your sig, or anything else.

i should say that this user bar generator has some glitches, be warned :D

i would like to see some questions, comments, but, most of all i would like to see some creations.

You could also increase the frame-rate to make it look smoother :D

yeah, this was just a tutorial on how to make an animated one, on the website there are video tutorials on the other affects you can add.

I tried but it says the size of the userbar is too big and only premium users can do that.

what is the maximum picture size?

You only need to increase the frame-rate, not frames :D
Less frames + more frame-rate = Small imagesize (enough)
More frames + normal frame-rate=Too big imagesize
