Can someone make me a user bar? From the anime death note. Has my user name and animation. Please and thank you

god, i made it, but i lost it because of a 503 error!!!
ill try and get it back...
EDIT: What the frigin' fudgey fiddlesticks!!!!!*. It wont work anymore :arrgghh: . I have NO idea why! Ill let someone else have a go at it *sigh*

i made a user bar, but what i used to make it stoppped working, so i just posted the image that i was making it out of....
it looked good, it scrolled up and down that image, like the one in my sig.....
oh well ;) pedro made a good one, probaly better than i could make
