Computing GCSE Coming Soon (Probally)

This is mainly to the wanabe prgrammers and coders here..

I think some schools might be trying this GCSE after summer or after summer next year...

The head of ICT in our school is going to choose a few people to do the standard ICT GCSE as well as the new Computng GCSE. Which would probally contain thing learning new things, like VB, Flash, Web Design coding, scripting etc - but has only been talked about once in my school to me and another kid (we both do programming club, only 2 of us lol). I am realy looking forward to this.

Any one have any stories to tell about this? I would like to hear them!

Hmm. MY school didn't do it but I didn't need it lol. I was the only 1 in the programming/web design club :P

We don't even have a club here. How bad.

But you still have a good brain and a computer with an internet connection - all you will ever need!

But for me it is a win-win. I enjoy any programming, coding etc plus it can bonus me in the future - great!

Well lets just say that our school is in a...bad town. Harly anyone has brains.

My friend used to be co-admin and his last school, and I come from a cosy village and to a school with very high marks.

The community college that I go to, (I'm in an early college thing) offers C+++ programming classes. I want to take one, but I'm not sure if the adviser of my school would allow me.
