Okay you can be sued, but chances are low. There are tons of people in the world,theres a low chance you will get caught by some cop or something and then sued for 5000 dollars.

Joonaqwe: Yeah, I knew that way. Also, it is gonna be helpful that you use gimp, and you can probably make those things in under 5 minutes. Maybe with in a few weeks i'll be using photoshop. :band: but for now Ill stick with gimp.

I have both, Photoshop CS4 and GIMP but i think Photoshop is pretty much overkill. GIMP does most of the stuff i want and probably 90% of what i really need. Many features in Photoshop are great like the repair brush but all these features are either for photos or for advanced users. I work on my Photos with another program that handles the RAW format of my camera better. I don't know why people think you should use Photoshop, it is a big bloated piece of software.
What i want to say is that you should stick to GIMP until it starts limiting you. Stuff like signatures, avatars and animated GIFs are way easier to create with GIMP. There are a lot of good features which allow you to manipulate photos also. So unless you start using an expensive DSLR with RAW mode or retouching photos everything you need is GIMP.
I have seen some good tutorials on GIMP, but besides that you can learn by trying. Just use layers and duplicates so you can try without loosing your original picture. Keep trying and trying you will get better :good:
