My Project

recently my computers motherboard fried, this caused me to go and buy a new one. Once i installed the new Intel motherboard i took out my old motherboards processor and found out it was a amd processor! it wouldn't fit into my new motherboard! anyway this got me thinking, im going to buy a new processor, but i was thinking im going to remake my whole pc, this is my new project, and it wont be cheap, it will be worth it though!
this is whats going into it
parts...
1. new PC gaming case
2. LG DVD drive/burner
3. Sony CD drive/burner
4.motherboard
5. 2x 1g ram cards
6. some sort of graphics card not decided yet
7. 250gig hard drive
8. 70 gig 2nd hard drive (back up drive)
9. motherboard
10. and a good processor probably a Intel core duo
btw these arnt all the parts, ill probly add usb ports, and a memory card reader slot, its os is going to be windows 7, and some other stuff will be added ect...

this should take me most of the summer and maybe into the fall, but its worth a shot, ill post some pics once i am done.

This is a great investition but it will be worthed I can see that

thanks martin, hope everything works out as planned, im probly ordering the case next week so... and i already have the drives, so i need the processors, ram, harddrive, memory card reader, usb ports but the case comes with that, and the os, but ill probly just download that lol.

True story,it's gonna be a little expensive but greezy machine :cool2:

yep in the end it will be all worth it though, i like putting thinks together especially computers idk how much times ive already put new parts into it...

In my family we made 2 computers out of our 6 computers...
its saves a lot of money, and now my dad can do it in one night :lol:

the motherboard has 4 usbs in the back, instead of a floppy disk drive im going to put a memory card reader like this one.
