Oh trust me no one (especially 18+) won't agree to that.
And for a website to get real money needs years and years of active popularity.

Its not that, its just that people don't like to work for free. By paying 50/50 of what your site makes it no real money. Your site could fail and all you would make it 50 cents.... or your site can sky rocket but who's gonna take that chance?
I'm happy to do it, for 50/50. But, why do you need to be 18?
