Lol, you might get a laugh from this

at 12:03 Me and my friend terry(known as eminem on this site, but that is a different story) me and him went out side for lunch, we smoked 2 cigs each, when we went back in, the dean of students asked us where we were, then he smelled the smoke on us so we go to his office, we empty out our pockets and he talks to me 1st, he calls my mom and writes me up. He talks to my friend terry, does the same to him. He then calls the cops, the cops take our info. his mom starts to talk about pot, the cops ask for names about where he gets the pot(no names will be mentioned here) he starts to cry, he gets his court date and goes on his way with his mom since he is 17, i have to go down to the police station, i get booked in my mom shows up to get me and i go home at 2:26

Why is this funny? I'm guessing you got suspended.

Why are you smoking again?

Oh, and by the way clause 3 of article I in the Constitution prohibits smoking near the flag. Remember that.

I did laugh, honestly they cant prove anything unless you get a drug test and because of your age your mom would have to allow it.

Also, you could have said you went out somewhere and there was smokers and it infact was second hand smoke. Once again cant prove anything and you would be in less trouble.
