thats who? I thought you need to take the tutorial. By the way "paint" is different from "paint.net". You can actually decide how many pixels the picture is in "paint.net".

GIMP you need to convert it into a .png or whatever so use paint. Easier to upload.
You don't need GIMP to convert into .png, paint can do that.
