If your folder name is flasm you type in cd flasm
If it says HAX you type in cd HAX
I told him it to be named flasm because it would be more easier to explain it like that

You're saving the .txt file with UTF-8 encoding.
When you're done editing the .txt, click "save as" and beneath where you put the name, there should be a box that says "encoding" or "coding". Change...
