Less limitations to new users

Junior members should be able to do more for example if links are not allowed to be posted by junior members atleast make it possible to post links linking to this site and so you can post more than 4 images .

Limitations are there to reduce spam and abuse. We really don't want to make them less.

I agree with this. I've seen too much spam here (unfortunately) [and in other places...]
