Skill hacks (and cheats) (almost) never work 100% the way you want them for this game. The Ideal happening would be for the game to auto-level the skills every time you ascend, but the game isn't designed to do that, the ascension is designed to unlevel your skills.
And you'll find that the Booster (Which edits the BowWindup variable) will also restart at .6 every time you level, which is odd, because I thought originally that it was .6 seconds, but it's not. Because it rises as you add to booster. So, it's not perfect, but fixes several things that needed to be fixed.

Oh Hm... Ah! At these high levels of abilities (9000+ the MP cost is set up pretty high, meaning, you probably can't use the abilities on your first ascension unless you have a lot of time to get your MP above 9000 (note, that with one Ascension, MP rises 4 each level, in order to get your MP up to 9000+ it would require 2270 level from level one. (That would put you at 9000 MP exactly.
