sure, phosohop works well, and has some good affects.
You may say you can't make a good sig without GIMP or Photoshop. That might be true.
You may say you can't make a good sig without creativity. That is definitely true.

I wasn't saying that photoshop isn't good. It is good, but it sucks horrible if you aren't creative enough to use it and make something interesting.
