Lock the General discussion forum? That defeats the purpose of it. We should just move any spam topics to the spam section.

what do irrelevant mean and i thought they have the same usage just the general disccusion is more popular and the spam thing can be anything

Relevance is a term used to describe how pertinent, connected, or applicable something is to a given matter. A thing is relevant if it serves as a mean to a given purpose.
