Soewut, Nay, To Do It Correctly In Gimp Or Anything You'd Need To Make The Whole Image Bigger And The Animation Seeing The Whole Thing, Otherwise It'll Be The Rest Black No Green Lines D:

If you meant that the image has to bigger than the original for you to see the whole thing, you can usually start with the base image as your first frame, then you mess around with it, and end with your base image.
So, if you still confused about how to make animations in gimp, just PM me. I could send you some tuts, or just explain.
Cuz this seems a bit of topic, but i guess it isn't since where still talking about your art.
