I'm sure everybody's already deduced this, but this is a retarded reason to sue someone. Grandparents can't ask for custody of their grandchildren just because their son (or son-in-law) never takes them to see them. They need to get the hint that they are not well liked.

i completely agree with joel,

i think after you win the case (there is no way in h*ll you will lose considering you're getting sued because of not visiting them) you should counter-sure them for causing such emotional pain and putting this much stress on you after your parents split up and your mom passed (may her soul rest in peace). and now they want you to come and live with them, after all they have done to you?!? what kind of grandparents are they???
