Idiotic grand parents (no offence) Seriously my mum has her parents overseas and her parents don't seem to care like every 4-5 years she visits them and they don't care!Gone.

I don't think there's one judge IN THE WORLD that will separate a father from his children. I mean, if he didn't beat you and your bro, if he cared for your health, pocket money so on, so on... there's no way a judge will separate you. And for what?? For not visiting your grandparents? Dude... that's a lame (please excuse me, but it's the truth and no offense but I had to write it) accusation.
At a point, at the court, the judge will call you and your brother up. He will ask, along with your grandparents lawyer, different questions: did your father abused you? did your father cared for you? did your father gaved you pocket money (or another similar)? did your father beat you? etc.
You wanna practice these kind of questions. If you don't want to...
