I find a house near there and i see 2 zombies, but should have some medicines there, i call killershadow to help me to kill them and wait for his answer...

Matheu, if you make up your own story, you'll be out of the game.
Anyway, I need to know if the Witch can easily be killed with a sniper to the head. Because, I don't really know much on Witches.
So, my suggestion (if the Witch can be killed with a sniper to the head) is:
-kill the Witch
-everyone else kill the leftovers

Uhm you realize we need to escape right?
We are going here to try to escape.
Secondly, no the witch doesn't die from a shot to the head. You will just try and she will kill you.
Third theres like 123123 zombies in the room. There are like 4 of us, we might as well put make up on so we look like a zombie and just walk through
