Ill give you some information of diffrent zombies on diffrent areas.
Streets - Tanks, smokers, boomers, spitters, jockeys, chargers,hunters and a hell lot of normal zombies.
Sewers - Spitters, Hunters, and Boomers.
Rooftops - Hunters, Smokers, Jockeys, and some normals zombies.
Also, you guys should elect a leader to take the decisions.
