Okay, I do not believe there is any way to do this, as I have seen the ACP of a forum just like this *
I could be wrong, but I don't think there are options for these things
Meaning that you can't customize everything.
Sorry, but I'm pretty sure thats the way it is, not positive.

But i think i saw a thread where Kody104 said that on his forum that he was on there WAS a 300 sec. timer that wouldnt allow you to move until the time was up. I may have been halluciating or dreaming though...

I believe I saw that somewhere to, but I'm guessing that was a rather different type of forum.
The admins will have to look at this, as I haven't really looked through the admin panel.
