My dad is retired from the Army and my Mom is in the Army currnetly. And serving in Afghanistan, she's not in danger.

Even though he was a medic, his nickname was 'Reaper'
At least he got to save some lives while he was over there, at least a dozen of people.
He didn't want to become a medic in the first place...
Yeah, his squad survived the ambush. He was the only casualty.
