Intelligence...age...
On the internet and specifically this forum those things are some of the least important. In order of importance by my opinion:

• Knowing the basics of computers and the internet
• Maturity
• intelligence/determination (I don't think hacking involves that much intelligence, more determination, but since intelligence is important for other things, they will be side by side.)
• Age ( it's just a number: It represents how many years you have existed and nothing else.)

I grew up a script kid! jk but i had what i would assume is a above average knowledge of computers when i was 8, use to brag how i typed 60 wpm and not just words like and and hello.
