Let's see here, Icy hot on Testicles... I can only imagine that kind of pain.
When you first put on Icy Hot it's cool, to help you relax, then it reacts and gets really really hot, because heat makes atams move more quickly and more spread apart. Putting that crap on your testicles would cause a type of fire, not a good one though.
