I don't promote the way he post, and I don't mean to insult anybody, I just say you should give him a chance.
I think he probably did read the rules, because he knew when to bump, but he wanted clarification on how to.
I think he's probably new to forums, to, Which means quite a bit.
Not saying this will happen, not saying this won't:

Within a year he could be an admin with the top post number and the most hacks.

Or within a year he could be banned.

or within a year he could start a rival game hacking site with a better way to hack and crush APH.

On a forum, everyone has equal potential, if you ban someone in there newbie stage, they lose that potential.
That's my opinion, whatever happens, as long as you give him a chance, he has just as much potential as everyone.
If he continues spamming, than he earned it.
Hopefully he won't.

I must say there are people who are banned way too easily on here, and this guy is really cool in my opinion. Considering he hasn't done THAT much compared to someone like, say, Reviewer2, perhaps he doesn't really deserve all this hate talk and negative karma.
