lmao, you can buy better guns on the top of the game screen, marked as 'Shop'.

But there are specific things that you can and cannot buy. And your rank halts you from getting specific weapons, but there are guns that don't need a rank and you can buy them anyways.
And how to chat? Press enter, and type.
