    A Note To All Global Shoutbox Moderator

    To All Global Shoutbox Mods:
    When ever you see people are spamming or flaming always give them atleast 1 chance if they did not listen to you or seem to ignore you just ban them...

    Note: Just remeber when you are banning their IPs always select it to "Low" otherwise it will prevent alot of people from going on the Shout Box...
