Bribe your sister so she won't tell or just tell your mom that before you open up a program that you'll scan it with anti-virus software so you know its safe (if you have anti-virus software)

if you're on windows 7 unless you're an admin is impossible to download stuff. So hope she doesn't get windows 7 and password protects the admin account.
