Update: new weapon in Melee shop! Weapon: Scythe. Fast, with medium power. 100 gpUm... I used to be a moderator here...

You find him at the town square (all inactive people get sent back to the town square). But since he is inactive, he is just standing there looking off into space. Suggestion: check out the Bulletin Board
