Unless you have an augment remover, which are rare, drop only items. (and im the only one who knows who/what drops them
)

Troll Killer. Requester: the King himself. Descrip: There is a troll in the the cave! I demand someone to kill it! Objectives: kill the troll. Reward(s): +30 recognition and 300gp Difficulty: Very Hard
Farm Boy. Requester: Farmer Ahab. Descrip: Someone please help me with my farm! Objectives: coop up all the chickens, brand all cows, and feed the Horses. Reward(s): 50 gp, a favor from Farmer Ahab. Difficulty: Easy
"Exorcist". Requester: the Pope (lawl) Descrip: Someone remove this demon from our Church! Objectives: Destroy this demon... Rewards: 100gp, +5 recognition. Difficulty: Medium
