srry, i was doing something. You successfully kill the fairy, and the kid thanx you and runs away. The fairy drops 25gp and a Medium Mana potion (regenerates the full mana for one spell)

You make it to the house finding that there is a big hole in the ground next to Mr. Spose's house. (from the creature breaking out of the basement) and Mr. Spose tells you that he was surprised that you didn't see the monster, because it walked in your direction. (time to head backwards)
