    I'm going to have to agree with duck, he's pretty much right most of the time cause how can your TV catch on fire from a RROD? I mean all it's connected are the video and audio cables, so no RROD would affect a TV. Plus how does a 360 explode after catching on fire? It would need some sort of explosive material to be explosive, cause you see kitchen catch on fire all the time and they don't explode. Seriously, check your facts next time.

    Ryu_Hayabusa, kitchens are different. They have things that make it not explode. I don't really care about the fire. I was testing a prototype for the Xbox 360. That's the reason why it won't explode now. Also, Chuck, it's illegal to post your driver's license. It was a prototype. So that's the reason it exploded. The insurance didn't cover it, Microsoft did because I used their prototype. I never had a real Xbox.

    Exactly my point, how can you hate the 360 if you never even played a real one..and kitchen do have things explosive, it's the gas in the stoves. how do you think the little flames come out?

    EDIT: I know some stoves aren't like that, but it proves my point even more. If it doesn't have something explosive how it can explode?

    Some stoves are electric.

    An XBOX can't burst into flames. It might overheat (but everything electronic can too) and fry the wire inside, but it won't catch on fire.

    Didn't you read the prototype thing. If I hadn't told Microsoft then your Xbox's would have exploded.

    High unlikely cause they would have done numerous tests before releasing it, and yes I know the released it to public with the RROD problem but at least they will send you a free 360 with a three year warranty and the new 360's have better equipment reducing the chances of overheat and RROD by alot

    I know that but they would have created many more prototypes because if the prototype "blows" like you said yours did, then they would have needed another one for testing

    Right. There were no releases of the 360 to anyone other than "Microsoft Families" before the release of the 360. If you can find a pic of a 360 prototype, do tell, because the story has changed from, "Playing it and it just exploded," to "It caught the TV on fire," to "Oh, forgot to mention that it was a prototype."
    So unless a member of your family worked on Halo 3, there is no way in heck that you got a prototype 360. Gosh darn if I shouldn't know, I tried to get one SO BAD. And my UNCLE worked on Halo. Granted, he only did some cleaning up stuff for the sound-bits BUT THATS NOT THE POINT. He told me no.

    ==EDIT==
    BTW, I don't think its illegal to post your drivers license only for the fact that I don't think that my state has jurisdiction over this server. Funny how that works out. Its why the internet is so unmanageable. In any case, I could post my license, but in all likelihood it would be stolen and shopped and I would get slammed for crap I've never done.
