How to hack using Flasm

How come when i type cd flasm, it says the system can not be specified. Why does it do that? Is it normal or is there something wrong?

Make sure you have the flasm folder on your desktop and when your doing the command promt type in the name of the folder.
For example if the folder is called "hacking tools" type in

cd hacking tools

Okay this works for only every other game. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I'll make it into a .txt file and change what I want to change. The problem happens when I go back to the command promt and type: flasm -a example.txt. I hit enter and this is what it says: (

I check and re-check and line 0001 is exactly the same to what the original one was... Any ideas? :/
