His hacks: Money at 85000

New Hacker: Brendan
Hacks: Money should be set at NaN, health hack, faster building and spawning speed

Note: Usually it would take about a minute for the building and spawning. now it just takes a few seconds.
Note 2: The health hack does NOT work for vehicles so please dont ask (:
Note 3: Health hack only works again 3 hits from heavy artillary, with the standard health it would be 1 hit
Please leave comments and stuff you would like improved.
